The client, who requests and agrees to receive a reading by Steven, acknowledges that the reading is a potentially powerful mental, physical and spiritual tool. The client understands that personal results may vary and that there are no express or implied guarantees of results. All decisions made by the client based on information given, reviewed or discussed during a reading are the sole responsibility of the client and the client accepts 100% responsibility for their actions and decisions. All predictions, made during the reading, are based on the client's current course of action and may change based on the client's actions and circumstances, as well as the actions or circumstances of anyone the client comes into contact with. Clearly, the reading is a guide and requires the client(s) to be open to the idea of what the reading is and relates to the reading to work and from time to time people are resistant to it, which can affect the outcome of the success of the reading. If the client is not willing to be open or communicate, the client accepts responsibility for the outcome of the meeting. By communicating with Steven or by scheduling, booking or paying, the client is fully aware of the nature and conditions stated here. If the client receives information from outside sources about lifestyle changes or changes in their health protocols, the client assumes full responsibility and will take it upon themselves to consult their health care provider, if the client deems it necessary after the session. The client voluntarily agrees to be the subject of a psychic and/or medium session (tarot cards may be used, as well as meditation, psychometry, pendulums, automatic writing and crystals.). Steven uses his intuitive abilities and coaching techniques, as well as the use of tarot cards, pendulums, crystals, automatic writing, remote viewing, psychometry and his natural spiritual ability to facilitate the client's desire for self-improvement. Specific techniques may include energetic therapy, body relaxation, guided meditation, NLP, past-life regression, behaviour modification and intuitive insight. Confidentiality between Steven and his clients is one of the cornerstones of a strong working relationship. However, there are circumstances where breaches of confidentiality may be required without the client's consent, for example when required by law, or when the client poses a danger to himself or another.

Recording or taping your session is prohibited unless permission is given.

Public posting of your session on any website or social media is not allowed unless express permission is given.

Use of the loudspeaker during your session is not permitted.

Sessions with Steven are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Steven Van Meensel reserves the right to terminate a session or lecture if he finds the topic(s) to be disruptive, disrespectful or uncooperative. If a session is terminated due to such actions, no refunds will be given and any amounts paid for the session will be forfeited.

Before commencing any treatment or tarot reading, I have considered all of the above, and I agree to indemnify Steven Van Meensel and hereby release and hold Steven Van Meensel harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits for damages, for injuries or complications of any kind and/or negligence. that may result from any psychic reading.
